Refund Policy

Regarding its Online Interior Design Services, Suite Minded strives to provide outstanding service to each of its clients and it is Suite Minded’s goal to make every effort to create a final project that you will be happy with.

E-design Services, Custom Room Makeovers, and Custom Colour Consultations purchases that do not complete the Welcome Email’s requirements (ie. complete questionnaire and send photos as per instructions, etc.) within 14 days will be provided with a refund of 50% of the purchase price if the request for refund is received within 60 days of the initial purchase date. After 60 days no refund is available.

Once the consultation or Service is complete we cannot provide a refund.

We review your design questionnaire and make every effort to provide you the very best service based off of your answers. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with a service, just contact us and we will work with you. If you have any questions, please email us at manon@suiteminded.com.

All our whole house colour palettes are in digital, ready-to-download format; therefor, due to the instant and digital nature of these products, returns are not possible. However, please contact us if there are any problems with your order.
